magento custom layered navigation box

Hi,
There are two points where we need some menu customerization.
1. Top nav bar we would like to have it include sub categories in place of main categories
2. In the left side vertical layered navigation would like to include subcategories that will be always present.

They are a good example of using the subcategories of rug on the top and also include it in the horizontal layered navigation.

Magento custom layout, image and placement changes
I have a Magento custom layout that needs minor changes to the placement and alignment of the layout.
Magento Custom Extension - Weighted Bundled Products
B (1 hours) Subject-CC (1 Hours) and Subject-LL (1hours) to complete the bundled product.
The best way I could think to do this is to use weight as the hourly time measure ie 1KG = 1Hour and bundled products. So you would be purchasing a 5kg bundled product with a mandatory simple product in the bundle.
Any suggestions or other solutions will be considered, as long as the solution is easy to use for the store owners.

Magento Custom Order Export
