Macro 1 – Create Order Workbook from Master Worksheet
Step 1 – for any rows that are selected in column A create a new workbook “Order” as per the layout in worksheet “Order” when the “Create order Button” is hit.
Basically the Master Sheet is all Stock items – the selected ones will form the order that needs to be formatted as the Order Worksheet but as a separate doc.
Orange Columns are from Master Spreadsheet
Green Cells are formulas based on the data in the sheet
Step 2 – A Button to unselect all ticked boxes
Macro 2 – Create Import CSV File
Step 1 – When “Create Import” is hit export all rows to a new csv file called import with columns formatted as per the Import Worksheet.
Columns required are B through to AG of the master spreadsheet

cient spreadsheet where new 6 monthly data can be passed from the master to the individual excel file. The more automated the analysis of sales info, leasing, supply and land data THE BETTER!!
It would also be especially beneficial if the data could be presented on a historical basis in a table form of some sort. This is so we can compare (for example: average rents from jan to jun 2010, jul to dec 2010, jan – june 2011 and so on).

I've also attached the data in XML format just in case you would rather work with XML format as long as it can be converted to Excel with the same format as the Excel data file.
I'm open to suggestions if there is any other ways to do it besides using Excel macro / vba but like I said above that the final result has to be in Excel format.

Simple Excel/VB Macro
e file containing the following data fields (a) document # (b) GL account (c) Fund # (d) dept # and debit and credit columns. The source system generating the file sometimes "rounds" by a cent throwing a document out of balance. The macro needs to read the data and, when it finds a document out of balance, balance the debits and credits. Written -- detailed -- specs are available with sample data, logic to apply, and sample results.

The attached file is the Excel spreadsheet with test-data in it.
There are 4 buttons (attached to macros) inside the spreadsheet.
The OpenOffice version needs to have exactly the same functionality as the Excel version.

The server is a Fedora Core 6 running Plesk (64-bit). For somebody proficient in PHP and Linux this should be a quick and easy job.
