I need somebody who can remove a widget which was installed on my phpbb forum and just add a jpg file into the phpbb template. I have a website that uses the Orca forum and Dolphin. I hate it!

I originally had just a forum which used phpBB. The database was used to create the database for Dolphin. I want someone to go into the database, and get the phpbb forum working again (I believe it is still working on the server), then dump Dolphin.
