We need a 7-15 page website with a flash intro on home page. Site will also include registration and login/secure server integration for collecting non-public information. Behind the login will be two pathes: 1) a form to collect approximately 30-40 data elements for contest applicants. Path 2) will be for other users to access other data and (potentially a) paypal link to send money to the organization. The reminder of site will be standard and include a contact form. We are considering using a website template from a template provider; else, we will instruct the developer to make site "match" look and feel of a provided design/site.

HTML Dom Wireframes
t that you start off with dom structure, i come in to put in the dynamic php code and the javascript code. otherwise, if i just start writing the html, it might not be suited for the css insertion, and you can't change the dom structure once the javascript is inserted. in simple terms, who ever does the css should be the one to lay out the html wireframes.

We had a membership site developed and is basically now complete but the developing company is doing a poor job of responding to our needs to continually improve and maintain it. It was done in ASP.NET with MySQL databases. We need an hourly quote for ongoing work on out site.
