We need a Joomla! FRONT-END template exactly same as the BACK-END template of the following in term of graphics.

1. Design a very light weight template (you can use Rockettheme.com afterburner template as a base).
2. the elements i wanted as per the backend template is;
the headers images (include my logos and text) - not static image...same as current back end template as above.
3. with module positions as per attachment.
4. valid css, html and passed other validation
5. MOST IMPORTANT SEO FRIENDLY.
feedback if need further info.

Joomla Theme Design
We need to design the theme for new website.
We will require graphic-design concept development with 3 options and range of colours.
Web site is for the company who publishes medical journals and offers other services, conferences, events etc.
Once design is approved this will need to be sliced and integrated with currently installed Joomla

Create Joomla Theme
I need an experienced designer to create a joomla theme. The theme will be based on an existing site: theredoaksschool(dot)com but it should not be a copy of that site. It should be a new design, but based on that site's design. I should have ability to change the color scheme easily.
The theme should work with 1.5 natively and also work with all popular extensions and plugins.
