Need Simple recurring feature and Edit feature

I need two quick updates on my website are are needed.
1st. I have a checklist script that lets me assign checklists i've created to users by date. Its stores them in a sql database and it works perfectly. I need a simple option set a recurring date for these checklists to users which will assign them automatically. Below this page, in a list, I would like to show the recurring assign checklist so that I can edit them or delete them or this can be on a different page. I've included a screenshot of the current setup.
The next update is on this checklist script. Basically I created task (also called checklist) and they are stored in a sql database. These task can be edited but I forgot to add the ability to edit checklist data which are the grey rows below the description. I need to be able to edit and/or delete these checklist data here when I update them and add more checklist if necessary. I have attached a screenshot of the checklist.

Need this quickly fixed.

i need a customization done to my osCommerce administrative side. currently in order to add specials onto the site you need to go through a drop down menu. we have over 9,000+ items and the load time is forever as well as searching for the specific item is tedious.

Lastly I need the program to open this text file once more and decode the 0s and 1s into the original text. It's pretty simple. I will provide a full instruction sheet once you accept the project. It shouldn't take anyone with decent c++ experience too long at all to do this.
Hoping to get this done at a very reasonable rate.
