2. you must be available to speak on the phone if we can't work something out via e-mail

I have already the design of my Socialengine website ready (it has been done with photoshop - PSD files) I need someone able to create CSS files (maybe also modify templates files) in order to upload my design on the Socialengine script. Must have worked on this script before.

Very important : the CSS files need to be ready by the 31rst of August (so on Monday)

a)to have a nice and neat design for site and buttons (design choices will be mostly specified by me)
b) maybe one animation - when at the main page a user clicks on a link, the main image shrinks in size and is moved to the upper left corner.

te for me but he had some sort of emergency and just disappeared. Design already done and approved. He only provided me a high resolution jpg. So all you have to do is slice this up and conver it to a psd and then turn it into a html page. Very simple site need it done asap. You can grab content from the current site and just paste it on to the new one.

Budget is 70 dollars. Will pay bonus if its done faster.
