Contemporary Commercial Furniture Design
Required skills: Industrial Design
The project calls for the full design of a contemporary meeting room chair made predominantly of PET plastic.
The designer will need to be able to deliver the project from concept right through to final design.
The output will consist of a set of design files in a set file format to be used in the final manufacturing product.
While we will give guidance on the type and style of product to be designed, we will rely heavily on the designer's expertise and own intuition in order to design the product.
Attached to this brief are a set of files the indicate the style and "feel" of the furniture that we are wanting to create. (we do not just want these files copied however)
The timeframe for this project will be approximately 4 weeks from inception

Rattan Furniture Design
. These will go with an existing stainless steel + PE rattan table (size 180h x 90w x 75h cm). The height of any armrests should be less than 65cm.
The design should be presented with front, side, bottom & top views, as well as perspective views. Images may be computer generated or free hand sketches, and should be sent in pdf or jpg format.

Luxury Lighting Store Interior Design
sizes of the products will be given along with the pictures to the designer once the designer is finalized.
The designer should also bear in mind that this showroom will have extensive electrical wiring.There will also be constant changes in the positions of the lighting fixtures, so the drawings should accommodate such fixtures as and when the old products are replaced with the new ones.

Please bid for the following process : a delivery of 7 original sketches, from which I will take the 5 best, on which we will work to get them to be 5 marketable tables. Then you will deliver the five 3D renderings for commercial use and the five "blown out" pictures (with all dimensions) for the manufacturer.
Of course, I will own all the designs.
