Modifiy template for JMAPS module / joomla site

I need a template (for a joomla site) to be simplified so that it make the JMAPS ajax map module appear very quickly in IE.
Currently, we have noticed that this module is very very slow in IE.
The developper of the module told is was "because the module position we have the map published loads after the component (SOBI2)position. This causes the map initialize function to be created after the SOBI plugin tries to use it."
"The map module really needs to load prior to SOBI when the page first loads. It only affects the initial load since the search is an AJAX search."
So the future template should load all modules positions in the same time and look exactly the same of the current one. of course, it should be all-browser compatible.
I furnish all files and url on demand.

Looking For Help On Joomla Site
4.- Checking and cleaning up all orphaned folders, files created by modules, plug-ins.... which are NOT in use.
5.- Any needed adjustments to make sure that the site will run properly with current server of Hostgator and to avoid errors.

I need a professionally done template for my current Joomla site. The site is an entertainment site so it have to be of a VERY HIGH QUALITY, that evokes an entertainment look and feel.
