HTTP Request in C++ using Visual Studio

Hello
I am looking for a simple C++ (Using Visual Studio) program to create a web request with post method, webpage has 3 fields to be posted.
1: user
2: pass
3: path of image to upload
and finally return the output as string from html output.
Its a very small piece of code to be coded so the budget is only $ 30.
I will need the source code.
When you automate all this process, the app must get all the parameters including URL from the user and output string only after saving it in a *variable.
