Free Sports Betting Website
Required skills: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design, XML
It will be a free sports betting website in which users will be given credit to start off with and they can bet on sports with the available credit.
I would like the betting page to look similar to the pictures provided below.
Type of bets:
-American Football, Basketball, Hockey, and Baseball.
-Spread handicap betting
-Money Line
-odds and even line
-total score line (Over/Under)
-parlays
No payment processing gateway needed, all players receive credits through Admin or their agents only. Odds have to be automatically updated every few minutes or so, Admin and agents are able to log onto player's account to place a bet for them. Admin has to be able to easily check the history of all players account.

1.Database than can hold all games by section, user info, fake bets, history.
2.Load an XML file into a database with the fixture games and odds.
3.A widget which shows current games and scores, similar to the ones on espn.com
4.Website needs to be secure
5.Website should look professional with professional graphic designs like banner, etc.
6.Credit could be resetted by the Admins or agent.
7.Admin is able to open agent accounts, which the agents could then open accounts for other players.

The backend of the site must be simple to use to allow myself or someone else to easily alter odds.
I also like the betting coupon that bet365 uses which allows multiple bet options to have a sort of ecumulator with greater odds.
Please message me if you have any other questions. I am open to suggestions for the budget, I just selected the cheapest budget the options allowed.
