Also I have a php script that needs to be updated and will pay a hourly rate on top of the domain tools job. It's the script on the domain http://www.dwhs.net the code is located here: https://dwhs.net/secure/ and has a full backend for managing cpanel based hosting.
I need someone that can work with other advanced code and can do a whois tool like the link above and not have it max out on requests. The domain tools script needs to have an account creation option that when logged in they will not have to use the google captcha. And when not logged in the captcha needs to be used.

It would also be good with a simple log window that logs the requests and responses. If possible it would also be good with a stop button to stop the script.
