Simple cybercafe software that runs on Linux

I need the development of a small cybercafe software that runs on Linux.
The only functions that the program needs are:
1) The customer enter a code on the client PC that its is generated on the server. The server must have some function to generate them.
When the customer ask for a PC, the employee gives the code obtained from the server.
2) The client must only see a few programs, like Firefox or some Text editor (The Administrator can modify them) and the time remaining. Nothing more, I must not access to other's computer functions.
3) The server must save a simple register of the activity just for a financial control. (How many codes has been sold)

Simple POS software for Windows Mobile
wn a Pidion BIP-1300 PDA running on Windows Mobile 5, and I need a simple, non-commercial POS sofware for demonstration/testing purposes.

Custom MTA (mail transfer agent)
and up to you. We are unsure at this point whether we should write this for Windows or Linux as we have experience in using both types of servers. Naturally Windows is easier for us to use however we know that Linux can perform better. Your suggestions as to what OS to develop this for is welcome however we'd like your suggestions on this so we can decide on this before development would begin.

Get Audio Stream From A Sip Call
I need a way to stream a sip call live using wowza media server.
The ideal solution will involve a command line utility that runs on linux, dials into the sip call and pushes the audio out to something like vlc which can re-encode it and stream through wowza.
Any other solutions are also welcome, as long as it can work without gui.
We are actually using tropo to do the call hosting. So some experience with tropo would be very useful.

Basic Calendar Program Needed

I'm not looking for something super fancy, just something accurate no matter what date is put in (so it needs to account for 30 days in some months, 31 in others, etc), easy to understand and clear and concise calendars that can be printed out in the end.
