iPhone Data Transfer Application Programmer

We are looking for a programmer who can develop an iPhone or Android application that allows for individuals to link up smartphones. This is aimed at creating a slide-show software that allows people to view the same pictures simultaneously with the data being 'broadcasted' from only one phone. The core concept though is to distribute information so that it may be simultaneously engaged. This may extend to other data formats.
Programmers need only to be able to create the core software. The design of the actual application will be done tentatively in-house.

Network file / Data Transfer Application
have SQL server and the application running on each machine, do we have the application manage both sites remotely, should we be able to query the transaction logs in the remote machine?
This is to be an application needs to be able to run on both a server and also a desktop machine on a network.

iPhone data collection and server file generation
development of a customised data collection application (preferably an iPhone app though a web based solution for generic hand held web browsers would be suitable) for the collection of building survey information.
Once collected, the data needs to be used to generate a permanent file on our servers, that can be accessed and viewed from a desktop PC on the web.
