Simple animation

My website has a logo, the four stacked triangles that you can see at
http://www.growthpath.com.au
I would like a simple flash animation that finishes with the four triangles as they are in the logo (exactly).
I'm not very creative to I'll leave that to the designer. The animation should take between three to five seconds.
It's a business website so it should look smooth and professional. I want an animation to make the site look a little more expensive and upmarket, but I don't want it to look gimmicky, tacky or distracting.
The actual image that I give you to work with will be the same, but larger so I get a higher resolution animation ... I'll talk to the winning bidder because I know nothing about Flash.
It does not have to be flash if something else (javascript/css or animated GIF) will do the job; I'll follow advice.

Simple Animation
We will provide the ring/helix file in DXF, SKP, 3DS, and MAX formats unless you believe you can do it simpler your self.
The final animation 400 x 200px in either FLV/SWF, AVI or even GIF if the quality is there.
The colors should be taken from the image further down the page:
RING - Blue
HELIX - Orange
BALL - Grey

Simple 3D folding pyramid animation
make the pyramid. I have the textures and the initial image and this does not require a lot of extra work. As long as the folding of the animation looks good there is no need for a bunch of lighting and fancy effects. The background behind the animation is a simple cork board looking image. I am hoping to have this done by the end of the weekend. Please let me know if you are interested and I can show you the initial image. Thank you.

It could be in Cinema 4d, After Effects, or similar. I would need Alpha + Project file, in 30fps, 720p or more.
My budget is $ 30 USD or less.
Its a small job, but I don't have the time to do it myself.

Each asset will be less than 300kb in size when finalized. These assets are for phone screens and fairly low resolution. We need about 20 assets. An example of an asset could be a 3 second video of a very simple cartoon airplane taking off from an airport.
If already built animation/video is available, we would prefer that.

Simple repeating animation design
around the nano filter pipes but only water pasting into the tube and coming out the top clean.
The animation needs to clearly show the process, and the bacteria being stopped by the filter, and clean water coming out.
The animation can be quite basic to show the process as simply as possible, at the same time is needs to have a clean and professional feel.

I have a simple illustration done in illustrator/photoshop that I need animated (basically a holiday card)....
