IN SHORT: 3D Model, like seen in WebMD's checker, without all the symptoms and information. Would like to hear your vision as to how the model will interact, whether rotation will be dependant on mouse interaction, whether model will consist of Polygons or Vectors, etc...

I need to produce 2 different pieces of videos in order to get a final result.

One about the ludic presentation, ref 1.
And another 3d modelling based on ref 2.
