Android app for a book

Hello,
I need an Android app that is essentially an e-book reader for a specific book.
The book is in PDF format and it is inside the app.
The features needed are:
1. Bookmarks
2. Index (with an external list of Chapters and page)
3. Page preview: an horizontal list of pages previews I can navigate by swiping and clicking on the preview.
4. Navigation bar: a bar I can use to fast change page (while I slide it show the page number it is going to open)
5. Zoom (in/out/pinch and zoom)
6. landscape+portrait
7. Integrated with Google Analytics
8. Integration with Facebook, Twitter and Send to a friend via Email
9. Tools inside the page: pencil (with different colors and size), highlighter (diff colors and size), ruler (to draw straight lines), delete draws (all or part), post-it, record audio, add note.
10. Done expecially for tablets so it should be compatible with Android 3.0 (just test it against SDK 3.0 preview).
Optional features (please specify how much will each feature cost):
a. Different effects to change page
b. Text search
c. Possibility of uploading a list of image and not only a PDF file (of course the text search will not work inside an image)
d: page preview also as a grid and not only horizontal
Looking for a developer or team that has prior experience in making high quality polished apps. Please show me 1 or more of the best android apps done by you.
I will need future implementation for sure and also have a number of other apps to develop so do not bid if you are not interested in a long term partnership.
I will shortlist developers that I feel suit my project and give them more information regarding the project.
Payment is in milestones and a version control system will be used to check the produced code.
The timeframe is 30-40 days.

I have a website that has many php pages (running MySQL underneath). I want the pages to be viewable on an Android app. The end user should be able to interact with all php pages (view php pages and submit to page forms)
I want the source (and complete workspace) so that I can do future builds. I use MS Visual Studio 6.0... maybe you will want to use a compiler / IDE....
The compiler/IDE that you use must be free (if not MS VC++ 6.0).
