Create Website Adult Content and Products for Sale

I am creating a website that will have multiple pages. I need photo and video galleries as well as a place for people to buy downloadable content, a membership system that will allow users to pay for monthly membership to adult portions of the site, a shopping cart for purchase of DVD's and other products. You can use a template and customize it or create from the ground up but I will need to have easy to use access to upload files and change products and such. I have a hosting account and the domain is already purchased. I need this to be completed ASAP and if done properly and in a timely manner This could lead to ongoing business. Please bid on total project completion including paypal integration and possibly merchant account integration from epayment america for processing credit card orders. Time is an important factor and I need someone who can turn out quality in a short time and provide updates and changes until the site is up and running. I will not pay thru escrow I will only pay once the services are rendered. I am willing to break up payment in 2 parts...one part once the initial site is up and payment integration is functional and then the balance when the updates and changes are completed with all the products and galleries up and live.
