Edit menu of Drupal website / Add sound using java

I would like the following modifications made to the website www.mag-ds.net, which is built using Drupal 6 and a modified theme:
- Add dropdown menu options per the attached graphic
- Add scripting so that drop down menu items highlight white on mouseover/hover
- Add user ability to modify name of links / target of links in drop down menu
- Add scripting so that attached sound plays on mouseover/hover on any menu item
- Add scripting so that attached sound plays on mouseover/hover of "Learn More" links

Customizing Design of Drupal Website (Eco theme)
I have the rough idea of the design of the website with possible logo. Would need someone to come up with a drupal template based on the design that i provide.

I've been burned before, and don't intend to fall for that again. You need to read the line-by-line instructions on the sample jpg before you place your bid. Make sure you can do this job as required. I require most of the functions to work using JAVA SCRIPTING.

Fixing of Drupal website
I have a Drupal website www.oncology.sg that I am personally running (not a company website).
1. Some of the links / menus at the side are not working - I used to be able to view them, but I am now denied access as administrator.
2. The registration / new user setup is also not working, as I am not receiving notifications of new users.

. My needs are:
(a) I want to migrate my website from A to B.
(b) I want DN-1 to appear on the URL rather than DN-2 (which it currently defaults to).
(c) I want to use the latest version of Drupal on company B with my website from A.
(d) There are some issues with my Drupal installation which I cannot fix. (as administrator, I cannot access some old pages - the error is
Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page)
