Please find attached php mysql simple application. I have developed this application and have no more time to add few extra points. Application is currently doing following:
1- Login screen
2- Import a csv file into an editable datagrid.
3- Calculations on datagrid
4- Export to csv.
The above functionality is already implemented. What I need is
1- Search functionality for all fields in data grid like http://demo.sqlmaestro.com/
2- Logout
3- Export only filtered/searched results
4- Add an editable field in datagrid. When I enter value in this field, it has some simple calculations.
I have attached simple application developed.

1 - A script to allow uploading of an image/s and other files from an existing form. The files need to be uploaded to server and the paths need to be recorded in the MySQL db. One MySQL field for each (images and another for files such as .doc etc)They then need to be available for viewing on another page, 2 or 3 in fact. The file also needs to be able to be downloaded.

Time for completion is not as important as the provider fully understanding the application and taking the time to do it correctly. I am very patient and more than willing to talk through any questions the provider may ultimately have.

PHP Mysql web based application
will have basic insert/update/delete. The application will have around 10 different forms to be inserted and the project has to be completed in 15 working days. The process flow and the database design along with the detailed scope will be presented. The application has a scope to be scaled up once the first entry phase is completed. One needs to have experience in web based php/mysql development.
