need a web app to do the following
company creates purchase order using php app .. similiar to the attached excel... they will then send it to the supplier for a invoice(pdf) .. the app must compare what are the items in the pdf and update the purchase order using pdf parsing. the developer must be really good at parsing pdf (both normal pdf and scanned pdf). either using libraries or any commercial libraries(of which i will pay), ive only attached one of the pdf which is a scanned.
so these are the details
1) create a purchase order that can be exported to excel/csv
2) create customized reports based on what has been purchased, quanties in stock etc
3) create a import module to compare against invoice pdf and update the po# that has create with the purchase order module, (using parsing )
4) see overview of what has been purchased , what is the quantity of items
5) simple forecast module that can be updated with new products / prices
bidder must have extensive knowledge in programming and pdf parsing. it must be smart enough to extract certain items from the pdf eg: invoice number, quantites , amount, company name etc) bidder must also use ajax as client doesnt want too much pageviews.
the key contact person must always be available via skype.
there must be daily updates each morning.
