Replicate a Joomla website in Drupal 6.2
Required skills: Drupal, HTML, Joomla, PHP, Website Design
Need someone to replicate a Joomla website with no access to the backend template folder, just by looking a the design (both sites look the same and are in Joomla (see the websites (Posting of contact details is prohibited by Freelancer.com admin)). I need you to make it look the same and work using Drupal 6.2.
I can go in and change images later as I need to as well as create the new content, obviously I will not be using the current content text from either site.
Looking for this to be done fast in 2 days tops and will pay up to $ 250.00 (plus a little something extra if your a Drupal rockstar and show it) since this will be a simple task, since all the design elements and layout can be seen at the website.
Everything I do is Open Source LAMP (Linux, Apache MySQL and PHP) normally using Drupal, Joomla and Magento; so if your a rockstar with those 7 things I want you!

I imagine a cookie will need to be written so that the panel only slides down the 1st time... and not over and over again as you navigate the site.
The javascript file that controls this isn't compiled. I don't think this will be hard, but it's a bit over my head and I don't have time to work with it.

within the website. The guy who was in charge of creating this calendar was not able to make the calendar work with IE browser.( it works OK with other browsers).
Anyway there are also few minor changes that I would like to fix ( really very minor)
