Mood Lighting an architecture model in 3Ds Max

and render exactly what we see in the attached photo with the same lighting and provide a very hi-resolution still from the same angle. We will supply the file.

There is scope for more animation of this object in the future but for now it's just the still image we need. Ultimately I want someone to work with who can animate a simple man in a suit walking and standing and interacting with this beer glass.

extremely photo realistic so that we don't know that it's not a photo. I need to have the 3ds Max file itself and not just the render. I will send you photographs for ideas of what I want. I must see samples of an interior space that you have previously designed to judge the quality of your work.

The characters have previously been created, so we can provide video/stills references of exactly how we want them to look and move.

We need this done in 3DS Max (we are working in 3DS Max 2012) and would like all the textures supplied along with the models please.

We will need an NDA signed and obviously need to reatin copyright and usage on all elements.

Ideally this would be completed in one week.

ASE keep the poly count as low as humanly possible.

After the First character is textured , before the bones are applied, i will pay half the amount.
I would like to pay via paypal, but if i cannot, i will have to pay via freelancer.com

This is the type of business that would earn hundreds or thousands a month after a period of a year or so but would start out slow, because it takes time for people to find you with so many other creators. I made very very simple 3d character in 3ds max and have to rig it... Finding someone who can help me :D

photo. The tables and chairs in the coffee shop need to be exactly like the photo in cam2.png. The space should be large enough to put about 3-4 tables. I need to have the tables and basic design done first then I need to file to set up some 3 cameras. Finally I'll send the updated file back to the you to insert the accessories.
