Need 5 x 301 Redirect pages For Zen Cart

We have changed 5 pages on our Zen Cart Software and need to ENSURE that each old page has a 301 re-direct to the new page to avoid Google caching duplicates.
We will give the successfull bidder the 5 old page urls and the 5 new page urls to direct them to. Once done, we will ask our SEO experts to check that they are indeed setup properly and payment will follow straight away.
All code must be W3C complaint and adhere to Googles guidelines on 301 re-directs - http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=93633
All code must be compatible with Zen Cart's architecture and not cause any adverse effects to it.
Please quote any relevant experience with similar projects.

I think this should be doable by modifying the table rate shipping module, but I am not familiar enough with the zen cart code to do this myself. It would be quicker/easier for someone with more zen cart experience to take care of it.
