Two flash banners (one to make, one to edit)

I need two flash banners. Basically I need it "copied" from another sites.
FIRST:

Music should be scraped. I'll provide pictures and text. Notice menu at the bottom. I need only first two buttons (scenes): "Dojmovi" and "Osnovne karakteristike". Also note that gray manu on the left titled:"CLS-klasa" is not part of a banner, it is element floating over banner, I do not need this.

I will provide source file (.fla) of a banner of another model, so basically I need just text, images and links replaced. One more thing is that I have banner divided in several files, for this project developer should just put everything in one file.
I have to have this finished till 11:00 pm CET, Sunday, so please bid only if you can comply to this timeframe. Everything should look same (animation could be different to a point, but buttons, fonts, etc, have to be same. Since I will provide source for second banner, maybe you can use these elements for first one).
In order to prevent automated bids and to be sure you understood this, write "Merc" at the end of your bid message.
Note: I need several banners like this every month, and I am looking for flash designer/developer for a long term contract. Also, if you can not finish both banners, you can bid for only one, just note which one is it, and if I choose two contractors, I'll open one more project here. Because of a timeframe I will not wait for bidding to end, but I might choose contractor sooner.

The subject of the banners is hypnotic and is aimed at an adult market, but apart from requiring a sensual and hypnotising design, neither should display any graphic content or vulgar words.
