We are looking for creativity, excellent, expressive flash work. I need a TOTALLY CREATIVE / BEAUTIFUL / WOW! Flash website made (creative in design, in layout, in presentation). I am looking for an extremely creative flash web designer with great concept and graphic skills. I need a website that will make visitor think "COOL!!", that tells a story just by looking at it one time and that makes users want to read through it / learn more about it / tell their friends.
Website itself is very simple (mostly static pages with content editable in admin + one step-by-step resume submission & management admin system. The resume submission can be in html-type site instead of flash if that is a problem for you. ). Please see attached document for full details.
You need to take care of creating all the graphics/taking all the pictures/etc needed for this website. No pre-made templates!!!!!! Custom made work only and again...CREATIVE and…WOW!!
The website will be the "corporate" website for a new social network. But this “corporate website” is actually targeted at both potential users as well as business partners etc.. therefore you'll have a mix of ideas to bring out (professionalism/business but also sense of social network/community and .... revolution! :-). More information will be provided later on the features of the social network.

Modify Flash Website And Cp...
that is already developed and designed. What I need now is that flash website template to be updated with new photo's and new links (this part shouldn't take to long for an expert Flash programmer). I will provide picture's as well as a map of which picture goes where.
I also need the website to have a built in admin control panel that will allow admins to add/delete/modify the Flash site (slides/photos/categories) when needed. I will give more details if needed in the pmb.
