Payment options should be flexible and easy to add more later on. Credit card/Paypal/SMS and so on should be easy to "plug in".

I don't care if you use an open source solution and tweak it to do the stuff I want.

Choice of technology is no big deal, ASP.NET or PHP and MySQL is fine - you choose the technology you're comfortable with.

first time trying GAF. I want to create a freelance site similar to GAF that will only work for my country (Greece). I am a webdesigner so I will make the lay out. I just want to have the code -it will be writen in PHP & MySQL- and I will make the trancelation and the final lay out design.
