Joomla Virtuemart Multisite / filter and add on

Need assistance to deploy a virtuemart multisite.
We are looking for a Joomla/Virtuemart expert to help with maintenance and development of our websites.
The successful applicant should provide the following skills.

The applicant must be able to solve problem, propose solution and quickly fix support issues that come from us at management.
the first task:
We would like to create a couple of new web sites instance based on one VirtueMart installation. All will access the same VirtueMart database from the current website. All will use the majority of the master Virtuemart information. However, we would like the ability to select (via the Joomla backend interface) which products appear on which websites. We would also like the ability to change the price and product descriptions depending on what website the product is showing on.
We will have one master .com with all the content information and 7 subdomain websites with almost the same content. The master website virtuemart will show all the product as a catalog for now.(we need the system for one slave site, we will take care of the other website)
ex: www.kairaglobal.com, singapore.kairaglobal.com, pakistan.kairaglobal.com, malaysia.kairaglobal.com
My master website is located here: 204.232.208.203
I plan to use Multisite extension (http://www.jms2win.com), to create slave site from the master global site. We will have one database, different table sufix for each of the slave site, all site will have is own php configutation. Basically all website will share the same Virtuemart. I need a way to turn off or on some product on every of my country slave site.
How could we possibly achieve that? is it possible to add a country product type to all my product, click the country i want to show this product and control their presence with virtuemart theme to filter the product type parameter to display the appropriate product.
From the master VirtueMart admin panel we should be able to administrate all the product listings, users,
customers, orders etc. for all the other child websites.
we don't need someone to take care of all the project but implement and assist our in house web-designer to optimize and deploy the global-mutisite system.
we need also some assistance for fix:
-A custom product image field in the backend who work well but when we update any field delete alone.
-Have a look to SEO possible solution and meta-tag
we will fournish more accurate document
The bidder need to propose some solution and detail of past project realisation.
