Iphone apps to display news from xml format

We want to build an apps for iphone that make user able to read our news (only read, and only news) on their iphone.
We use vbulletin 4 cms, we will create a php which do a query directly from database and prepare xml format, then apps at iphone will grab that xml and display it. (you will provide us the format you need, we will make the php)
Default is load last 10 news (if user drag, it will load more like mail iphone apps), only headline and several words of content, then user must touch "read more" to read the full article.
The 2nd tab will be last post from forum and hot topic (again, your apps will only need to display it, we will prepare the feed using xml format)
there is autorefresh setting and alarm sound if there is new news.
all source code must be provided.

Simple iPhone App to display 3 RSS feeds
I need a simple iPhone App to be created (similar to the Sky News app but a cut down version).
The app must be approved by Apple for inclusion in their App Store as a free download.
The app will take 3 separate RSS feeds from our site and display them nice and neatly. There is no user interaction required at the frontend, it's simply an RSS viewer.
