invoice creator script
Required skills: HTML, MySQL, PHP
I need an invoice creator script written in php and mysql.
People can enter all needed details in a form which is publicly accessable and press "send invoice".
The script will create a .PDF incvoice which it will send to both me and the user who entered the form. (via email)
Also, it will have a backend panel where it will save all these created PDF invoices. I can select invoices from the backend and download them all together. Also i must be able to delete them if needed.
I can also select date ranges to download multiple invoices at the same time created in specific date ranges.
I will give a template that u must use to generate the PDF.
This backend panel must be protected with a username/password. Frontend where people enter the details must be public accessable.
Details needed in the form/PDF invoice:
- Company or Freelancer checkbox
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- City
- Zip or Postal code
- Country
- State or province
- Phone number
- (if selected company --> Company Name)
- (if selected company --> VAT ID)
- Email
- Confirm Email
- Paypal email
- Job description and amount of money in dollars (can add multiple descrptions with "Add more" button)
- Total Amount of money in dollars owed.
- Paypal fee Automatically calculated which depends on the amount of money owed.

- Full address detail from me in the "BILL To" fields
