Social Networking site (HELP)

I am looking to have a social networking site built/developed from scratch. I have a specific niche in mind which I can explain when you bid.
Things I want in the site:
1) great back end
2) great front end
3) all functions of a social network: chat, forum, message system, calendar, customized profile etc.
4) I need a point system built in where members get points for login on the site each day and for doing a function on the site.
5) I need an achievement system where members can get an achievement for things on the site that shows in there profile when they get it.
6) I need the profile to have a place where people can put there paypal link in there for people to donate to them.
7) I need the site to be easy to add targeted advertisement campains, ecommerce site, APPSAAVY, and also a section where people can buy points if they choose.
8) I need a virtual shop where people can buy virtual gifts if they choose.
9) I need the site to have a section where members can use there points to buy a "FEATURED" spot on the top of the site so all members that are online can see there profile. So when they buy that feature with the points they get that.
Thats basically what I am looking for. I have a very sick daughter and mother and not a whole lot of money. But I can also advertise you on the site for helping for life.
That should be enough to make a bid. I will explain it more when you bid and I except your bid to do the site.
As far as logo I have someone that can do that so not neccissary.

Pages needed for social networking site
e to be able to post movie reviews, book reviews, add game codes to play etc...And I would need these pages to have built in ad space and other widget/content that would pull updated information from (a movie/amazon) recommendation. I also have some other php scripts that I'd like to have intergrated into the site. This will all help with the progress of the site. Let's talk if you are interested.
