allow me to use Bing Maps or Google Maps to draw a Geo Fence around an area, associate a name and/or account number to the Geofence and store in a database. Eventually I want to be able to query a latitude and longitude and look up what geo-fence (in my data base) that latitude and longitude falls into.

If that font is proprietary, you should also deliver the licence, which should allow this font usage in commercial applications without any problems. I will not carry charges for buying 3rd party fonts, so this is up to you.
