We require an employee handbook.
You'll be familar with employment law and regulations including code of conduct, discrimination, working conditions, OHS etc etc consistent with current Australian legislation. Full details below. All employees ranging from warehouse employees and senior management will have to 'consume' these documents so they have to be easy to understand and in plain-English. Document to be supplied in .doc format. Your quote should detail your experience in developing a similar document(s) in the past. We do not envisage any site visits so anyone can quote. The work you submit will be about 90% done... we'll take care of customisations specific to our business.
