Expert Flash Developer Needed

We need a flash developer who is experienced in Flash games.
We have over 15 games that we need to add to our application, but first we need to find someone that we can rely on.
To test your skills, you have to decompile the attached game and do a site lock with our application on facebook. Also you have to integrate the score to our leaderboard as well.

The game is embedded on the page and 3 variables would be passed into the game as flash vars:
a. 'user_id' the user ID of the user playing.
b. 'callback_function'
c. 'callback_url' is the url to which the game has to submit the 'score' along with 'user_id', so we can update leaderboard.
The user plays the game. When the game is completed, the javascript callback function is triggered, and the 'user_id' and 'score' are passed to the function. At the same time, the user ID and score would be posted back to the callback url.
