these feature are already integrated in a xml driven gallery.
I need those features in a php driven gallery.

Sample and urls to the actual script are provided in attached text file. I will purchase the script after I have bids for the job.
I install the script if needed befor the job acceptance if needed unless you use your own development server and deliver the modified script.

Additional Info (Added 12/11/2010 at 17:06 EST)...I was told by the last programmer that attempted this project that there is a lot more than I thought there was to do. His estimate of time was off... So bid accordingly. This site consists of a lot of pages, so this may take a day or two to look at.

image in both the programmer and buyer profiles. You'll notice when you scroll over the flag it doesn't say anything, I want it to say the country name when scrolled over.

This should be fairly straight forward so I want it done immediately.

Again any where the buyer or programmer usernames display I want the country flag image to display right next to it with an alternate text and title when you scroll over the image displaying the country name.

ng company is switching to PHP SMTP verified mail so the form needs to be in PHP. However, the world won't come to an end if I can't get the SMTP function working as, worst case scenerio, the form can be sent from the server and bypass the SMTP verification. I can do my own server installation.

I will definitely need this page to be password protected. Somewhere on the page there will need to be a login box. At registration, I will also need the email used to be exported in a way that it allows me to add them to a mailing list.
