If something like vBulletin or phpBB is used, we would want it to be customized to closely match our website. So beyond installation, plan for some modification to appearance and possible features. The forum must have the ability to have a private side and a public side for postings.

In addition, I believe we may want to include a Blog. Any thoughts on these would be helpful as well.

- I'll need a copy of all the emails and passwords to the email accounts of the users that you create (prefer GMail or Yahoo mail) so make sure to keep track of them in a spreadsheet (you'll have to email it to me).

Copy, translating & pasting will be the majority of this project. No need to create unqiue content - as it will be unique with just being in spanish/en espanol

I should be able to control my forum from PHPBB control panel. Forum should be simple and easy to operate. I dont have knowledge of html or php. I just know copy and paste.
I will uploard and install all things myself, you will just tell me how to do that.

I want the forum to look professional and have the ability to place ads between posts and along the sides. I want it to tie in with the existing design of the website and be as light a design as possible. The forum must have an administrator (me) and the ability to add moderators. We must also be able to ban members who have broken the rules.

Payment will be made by escrow but will only be completed once there have been at least 25 posts and 600 visitors.

Need a message board created. www.motohouston.com is an example. Ours will be simpler, with about 15 categories maximum. I will set up domain name, and handle administration once forum is up and running.
