Commission based telemarketers - recurring monthly comms

We're looking for hard core, result driven telemarketers. We're offering recurring, "hands free" commissions for each sale - as long as the customer doesn't cancel. You can do this job full time or part time - whatever you wish.
What you would do:
Call U.S. companies that don't have a website and offer them a free, custom designed website. That will be the "hook". If it works, you are going to propose them to register the domain name and host the site with us. That's how we'll make money.
Your commission will be 35% of the monthly hosting fee - that's $ 7 per customer. I know, it doesn't sound impressive, but keep in mind that those commissions would add up to a considerable amount from month to month . Let me present you a projection, just to make my point.
Let's suppose that you only work on this project 2 hours a day, 15 days a month. If you give away 2 sites per hour (which is very feasible) you get 60 new customers every month. In this case, your monthly income projections would look like this:
Month 1 - $ 420 (60 customers x $ 7)
Month 3 - $ 1260 (180 customers x $ 7)
Month 6 - $ 2520 (360 customers x $ 7)
Month 12 - $ 5040 (620 customers x $ 7)
This is just a forecast that does not take into account the possible cancelations. But I think you got the idea. Once you get a customer, he's yours forever. (Well, I mean, until he cancels. But cancelations won't be frequent, because any website needs hosting and switching hosts is not very comfortable.)
I will provide you with script and rebuttals, as well as with Skype accounts loaded with unlimited calls to the U.S. (so you won't have to pay the calls). I'll also give you detailed instructions about how to find leads for calling.
If you are a native English speaker, that's a big plus. However, I am willing to consider also non-English applicants, as long as you prove me that you speak a good English, without accent.
I'm expecting you to work at least 15-20 hours per month on this project and give away at least one website per hour. (Of course you can work a lot more, it's up to you.) I won't collaborate for a long time with sales reps who don't perform. I DO have a lot of upfront costs with this project, and I cannot afford to waste my money. So I'm expecting sales from you.
