I am the owner of a HR Outsourcing and Business Consultant company. We are virtually base in the USA. We are looking for an experienced outbound telemarketer to sell our services in US Milwaukee, WI and virtually. As we focus on our clients needs and expectations our time is becoming more minimal to execute this much needed factor of our business. Our consultants have years of experience in the HR industry and working with Fortune 500 companies.
This is a commission based job so only serious inquiries need to bid. We take our time consumption extremely seriously. Due to expanding our services nationwide we are inquiring excellent English speaking with minimal to no language barriers. We are looking for skilled and experienced phone reps with the ability to overcome objectives, self-starter, goal-oriented open to feedback and take direction well. Our level of customer service to all clients rather prospect or permanent clients are very important to us and your interaction will be a direct reflections on our core values. We will collaborate on sales pitches, there is no one size fit all! All phone scripting/pitch must be preapproved. After the client makes the commitment to hire us for our services, our consultants will execute the follow up work with our client to confirm the said services.
You will receive 25% commission of the total value of the service sold to the client. If you generate leads and close you will receive a 35% commission. All commissions are paid to telemarketer once the client pays at least 50% of his invoice. Payments will be dispersed via PayPal.
After six months commissions will increased based on performance with the long term freelancer/consulting opportunity.
We will select multiple winners. You have to update us and act like a professional. We need professional individuals who want to work from home.
This project will begin on Jan 15, 2011 We will determine our winners on Jan 10,2011
