ople that register are able to upedit their profile once they use a credit card and get money on their account for which they use to speak to people via video chat.

Also hosts of the video chat are able to change their rate in which they charge a minute based off of their rating, if they have a bad rating overall, then they can only charge XXX amount and if they have a good rating overall they can charge up to XXX

a point the livestreaming of the video could have up to X amount of users in free chat, but once the host gets a pop up to go private they can accept or decline or block this person from entering entirely. And once they are in private chat they can only have 5 members at one time in there.

Hosts can also update thier pricing per minute based of reviews and ratings. Admin would have to approve reviews and ratings.

So I would need an administration interface and a easy solution both for therapist to be able to log in and be available to video chat with the patients and for the patients to see which therapist is online and be able to video chat with them paying per minutes or for therapy session, after a few minutes free charge video chat.

Its an urgent project, i need an expert programmer who can do a wowza based video chat and recording functionality.

e will be some more things that come up but wanted to get you started on thinking about some of these things now so you can give me any questions and feedback and recommendations. I would also need your recommendations on the proper host server for all this as well. Will we require a FMS (Flash Media Server)? I know they are costly so perhaps there is some alternatives for a new site like this that won't have a lot of traffic immediately. Site MUST be compatible for all!

I would like it to be compatible to the way MyfreeCams has theirs set-up.There are more items I would like to add but due to our budget we would like the script to be open so we can add more features when finances allow.

The program uses RED5 server, which is set up OK, but need someone who can set up all of the "handlers / hooks" to our SQL site database. Once the chat is running, would need further help to ensure that each site member has display "I'm online" icon in their profile, and other links to the video chat system.

6. File sharing (For file transfer between users)

This program will be using Flash Media Interactive server to handle the streaming video and audio. Interested bidder please roughly outline their approach to construct this program, total cost of the project and expected time to finish this project.
