Multi person Video Chat
Required skills: Website Design
We want a webcam solution for our websites which allows us to do the following two functions
a) Allow for video conferencing for up to 3 participants at one time per interview room.
b) The three participants each have their own webcam on their page.
Each webcam user sees the other two webcam users live webcam stream on their page.
3. The three participants are divided into the following 3 categories:
a, Moderator
b, Client
c, Candidate
The moderator only has the option of adding or removing the other two webcam participants - so the moderator can effectively do a broadcast themselves without a webcam conference if they like, and can invite the client and candidate if they request.
4. The video chat must be able to be embedded into specific pages of the website.
(I.e. it must be possible for me to be able to embed the video chat application into a main div on my html webpage, which is 700 pixels by 700 pixels. I would also need the flexibility to be able adjust the size of Hasha chat.)
5. The FMS coding on the video chat must be transparent: i.e. it must be easily possible for me to switch FMS server providers as required.
I would presume that is merely a question of moving the application onto a different FMS server, as it will still link to the same website URL
Additionally, as the video chat will be used on numerous different websites, I will need to know that no additional coding is required to embed the video chat on each separate website.
6. We intend to have numerous “interview rooms” on each website, so that we can have simultaneous groups of users using the application at the same time on each website.
I envisage this working by merely assigning each to the webcam operators differing numbers i.e.
Interview room 1: Moderator 1, Client 1, Candidate 1
Interview room 2: Moderator 2, Client 2, Candidate 2
Interview room 3: Moderator 3, Client 3, Candidate 3
So each interview room is in a different page file on the website, with their own sub files for the Moderator, Client and Candidate.
Each operator will have their own webpage created by myself as a html page, and the video chat code for the correct webcam operator will be embed into the page
So Interview Room 4, Candidate 4, will have Hasha chat candidate 4 embedded code in the html page.
I would like the flexibility to create as many video chat based interview rooms as I require.
I would envisage this as merely copying the interview room master file and changing the numbering
So interview room 1 can be copied and renamed interview room 5
We can therefore have 3 operators using interview room 1; whilst at the same time have 3 operators using interview room 5

Flashcoms Flash Video Chat Integration
users logged into the site will automatically be logged in to chat. The program uses RED5 server, which is set up OK, but need someone who can set up all of the "handlers / hooks" to our SQL site database. Once the chat is running, would need further help to ensure that each site member has display "I'm online" icon in their profile, and other links to the video chat system.

I would also need your recommendations on the proper host server for all this as well. Will we require a FMS (Flash Media Server)?
