We are starting a social networking site and need a programmer to design and develop a prototype based on the specifications which we will discuss together.
The core of the site will be Social Bookmarking (similar to delicious.com), where a registered user can post a private or a public bookmark to share with each other.
We’re looking for an experienced web programmer who can create the base of the working website, and then based on our mutual agreement to continue working on it by designing additional features for additional fee.
Please come back with examples of your past work (a working website), and a quote.

iii)Need atleast 5 accounts in each site and hence each URL will be bookmarked with a slight different text 5 times from 5 diff accounts. They should not get spammed.
