I need a simple website, that is NOT one-size-fits all template based.
The website will be about 6 simple pages, including the home screen.
One of the pages will be a blog. This blog MUST be able to generate money with adsense, etc. Though it's not important to add those components at this time.. so long as it will not be a problem in the future.
I have a very specific vision of what the website should look like. I will provide a layout of how the home screen should look. I want the home screen copied almost identically (except for cleaner visuals and fonts) The rest of the pages are free for you to be creative with. Being a creative designer will give you the job!
You can suggest a quality hosting site, where you will transfer my domain and launch the site. The host must be affordable.
I need to have administrative control so that I can make minor alterations. The homes screen should be alterable in case I want to add/remove elements.
I will provide you with pictures that you should use. Any other pictures must be royalty-free and approved by me.
I want the website to be non scrolling like: http://www.benhulse.com/index.php
The main layout of the site should center and not scroll. For pages with more content, there should be an embedded scrollbar within the main layout. The blog page can be an exception.

I do have a very tight budget, so please keep this in mind when bidding. Also, I do have experience in web design, so I do know this project is simple and not at all complicated. I would do it myself but I just do not have the time.
