Winglet Media Flash Based Training Solution - Major Upgrade

Winglet Media specialises in creating online Flash-based interactive training to airline pilots.
Our software is currently based in Flash AS2 code and the product dynamically loads a number of swfs at runtime to create the particular simulation required by the pilots (this includes loading flightdeck graphics, simulation code etc). This enables us to update the software instantaneously by re-publishing the swf files - this could be a change to the flightdeck graphics, a new logo or updating the simulation. This system works well, but unfortunately the Adobe iPhone Packager doesn't allow actionscript to be read from external swf files, so we cannot deploy to the iPad.
Therefore, we are now looking to complete an upgrade to the structure of our software to enable it to be used on the large number of mobile tablets (iPad etc) that are coming to the market and also continue to function in Flash on normal computers.
We want to ensure that the solution to this allows us to make changes to the software in one place and it is automatically updated on all devices. This may mean that we have a front end API for computers and mobile devices that all communicate to PHP/MySQL/XML to pull in the required data for the particular simulation (replacing our dynamically loaded swfs), or it may be that we keep everything as it is and create a standalone mobile device solution...
We are looking for a freelancer or team that can make the best suggestion for the way to move forwards and then complete the project in liaison with our Head of Development.

You will have to train a novice in a structured way from the basic concepts of Adobe Flash CS4 and Dreamweaver CS4 through to advance techniques, features and shortcuts. You must have a breakdown plan of the training schedule. You don’t need to be a qualified Adobe trainer, but you must have experience and stable internet connectivity.
If this training period is a success then we will continue to use your services.
