I am in need of a personal/virtual assistant to assist me with my duties. My small internet public relations & marketing firm is less that one year old but is growing fast.
My assistant will need to be avialble during normal business hours in the USA. Excellent english is mandatory for both phone and email communications. This job will entail various secretarial responsibilities including making follow-up calls and emails, keeping a schedule, placing job orders and following up with clients and customers. Also, the ability to update a website would be nice.
