Urgent: Convert python to exe

I require someone to convert 3 python files to .exe using py2exe or something similar.
I have tried to do it myself but I get the following error when executing the file:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "file.pyw", line 1, in <module>
from wx import *
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'build'
It MUST be completed within the next hour or two and the budget is $ 50
Please only bid if you know how to do this and if you can do it quickly.

Convert Python To Perl
I have a python code that is about 8 lines long that I need to have written in Perl. It is a simple encrypt/decrypt script which takes two keys reads a file and x ors by the two given keys. This is something fairly simple and should take a Perl expert 5-10 minutes to do. We have a bunch of little scripts that we will also need converted from Python to Perl so hoping to start a relationship with someone for this ongoing work.

Hello, i have a one page psd to convert psd to html, css, jquery. Sinces is one page i belive that is a t work, and one important thing in this is that the code of the html, css .., isnt messy, if your not abble to make something good hope to dont bid this project. Ill will give already the images cutted, the onlye thing is to programm the layout.
