We need to develop a new website for a weekly magazine with a publishing system (CMS):
At present , the magazine uses a cms solution, but system limitations and the need for
elements of new media requires to move to a new website and a new CMS system.
Website Requirements:
1) A new website with template
2) A new integrated CMS solution
3) A hosting solution
4) A comment management solution
5) Email platform
6) A service contract for support and site issues.
7) Forum (Preferably IPB forum)
8) Data caputure forms - contact us, polls,
newsletter subscription which feeds into database

Simple Cms System For Music Artists
- Mp3 player which the user can uploaded a number of mp3's then play in a flash player on the website.
Im happy for someone to take a look at the CMS i have mentioned above as i have purchased a copy of that. If you can simplify that system it would be great!

- Option to backup and restore site database inside admin panel... so I can make backup of site mysql database, download it to my pc and be able to restore it from using that same file.
