Twitter Application Cleanup and Enhancement

We have a custom Twitter Application that needs to be enhanced with a custom design for the front end and back end. The Design enhancement is the first phase of the project. The second phase is improving the API functionality and then creating an iPad App. So ideally the people who I hire to create and implement the Design will also be able to add features to the application and then convert everything over to an iPad version. I'm only willing to pay the winning bidder 10% to start the project and the remainder as agreed upon milestones are met. Please provide a realistic estimate on how long this project would take, I'd really like the design launched and implemented within the next 30 days.

Twitter App: Auto-reply By Keyword

Multi-purpose Twitter application needed.
my website. There is place for 10 - 20 tweets on the homepage. If another tweet is added, the first tweet will go into the ,,archive''. The archive is divided into categories. The tweet will be checked for words on which it can be automatically placed in the right category. Users can browse those categories and see the archived tweets. If an tweet is in the archive for 30 days, it will be deleted.

Need simple updates on a Twitter Application
orking(so that link has stoped), have to provide the more option with proper functionality. Default it will show 50 account and after clicking the more it will show next 50 .....and like that it will show up to last non-follower/new user.
