Migrate ASP ecommerce website to PHP based shopping cart

We want to move from our existing ASP ecommerce store to a PHP based one. We prefer using a wordpress plugin (WP Ecommerce or other) as we have experience maintaining Wordpress but are open to suggestions of other shopping cart solutions as well.
There will be no new design element involved as the current front end and cart design would have to be ported to the new system.
The existing store is at indianhanger.com. All existing functionality needs to be present in the new store including:
Multiple pictures per product
Bulk upload
Coupons and other promotion options
Gift card system
Products on Sale
Multiple currencies
User accounts as well as adding to cart without account creation
Integration with Paypal
Integration with 1 international credit card payment gateway
Integration with 1 Indian credit card payment gateway
Category, Subcategory & Vendor wise product segmentation
Advanced product filtering (category, vendor, pricing etc)
Inventory Management
Easily build landing pages for a product set, an event or a vendor
automatic shipping calculation and currency selection based on country
Good SEO out of the box and SEO friendly URLS
XML/RSS feeds of prodcuts that can be fed into google base
Flexible and efficient checkout procedure
Wishlist
newsletter integration (mailchimp)
Hide products temporarily
inquiry form on product pages

Oscommerce Ajax Shopping Cart
selection from the product information page is being passed to the AJAX shopping cart via a Prototype framework just fine but unfortunately without the customer selected product attribute info! We really like the way the AJAX works as an enhancement to the customer experience so we have been really pushing to resolve this glitch. We also would like a couple additional customizations in how the Javascript works as the customer moves through the process of placing items in their cart.

Migrate from asp with Comersus Cart to PHP with new cart
ith a different integrated custom shopping cart. I'm not partial to any particular shopping cart scripting as long as it is not Comersus and can perform similarly. I want the look and feel of the site to remain the same. There will be a few appearance changes required which I am happy to discuss with the successful bidder.
