I want to use this web application for Marketing use (advertising company) and commercial use (public website). You can use open source code for the generator module or work with API (use google chart api ).

Code generator should be be the same as here: http://zxing.appspot.com/generator/ , except for the field "Contents" I need one more option "YouTube" Link option. It also can be done using Google API Charts, It's up to you.
