neat flash things with our logo and text.. on right of banner, a photo that stays there for about 3-5 secs, then moves to another photo.. thats it.
IF they happen to refresh the homepage, same thing happens, 2 different photos..

They all should play flv content, 2 or 3 clips of 3 to 10 seconds. We can provide the flv files, but they have to edit the flv and cut a relevant portion.
They should include our logo and some scrolling text at the bottom.
Some of the content of the banner needs to be fed dynamically via an xml file. That content is:
- the video (URL)
- the scrolling text
- the background color for the banner
- the banner link
